There's a guided tour that will bring you through the factory and show you the five steps before the tea-leaves are ready for consuming.
The panoramic view of tea plantation is magnificent (refer to my introduction page for Cameron Highlands for a panoramic photo i took of the tea plantation with the left side featuring the worker's hostel).
There's a nicely done up cafe for you to try out their tea and some snacks. You can also purchase some of their merchandises at the shop.
