Piola: "Good Italian with a funky vibe!!" Top 5 Page for this destination Ribalta Tip by Gypsystravels

Ribalta, New York City: 1 reviews and 0 photos

I?ve been to Piola various times and I totally love the décor, atmosphere and the pizzas. The thin crust pizzas are baked in a brick oven to your specification and there is a very large selection of toppings to suit any picky pizza lover.

As you enter the dining area you eyes will be feasting on the visuals. The bar, a bit small and to the left as you enter has happy hours daily from 5-7 with free bar food.

There kitchen or more precisely the brick oven is open air and you can glimpse your pizza being made. The is interesting art work all over the restaurant and the tables are covered with a tablecloth (made of paper) of different pieces of art by various artists. In warm weather there are tables scattered outside as well.

Favorite Dish: I?ve tried different pizzas on every single visit. The Margarita (Ferni likes his plain), Diavola (yum), Quattro Frommagi and the Bruxelles and they have all been excellent.

I ordered a Capairinhi and Ferni had a Rum & Coke
