Francucci's: "Quality Italian Dining" Francucci's Ristorante Tip by nicolaitan

Francucci's Ristorante, Berlin: 1 reviews and 2 photos

Francucci's is a far more sophisticated dining venue that the rustic decor, checked tablecloths, and bistro type facade would suggest. Occupying a prime Ku'damm location, this large restaurant is dimly lit, with potted plants and dark wooden beams. Service is professional and helpful although on our visit in midevening, the restaurant was only half filled.
Pizzas are thin crust with standard as well as a range of exotic toppings including many without meat. The special pizza is 18 in across and called a cartwheel. Salads seen at another table were huge. Pastas and breads are made in house and our pasta dishes were perfectly al dente with a sophisticated Bolognese sauce and for the other a garlicky chicken and vegetable combination. For the large eater, with a large wallet, the wide ranging menu includes Florentine steak with imported beef from Italy, with a selection of veal, seafood, and chicken dishes as well.
