"City of Budva. Should also..." Former Republic of Serbia and Montenegro Things to Do Tip by Martin_S.

City of Budva. Should also visit the old island town of Sveti Stephan while in the area. Also see Milocer, was once the summer residence of the King and was used by Tito.
Budva is a small seaside town in Montenegro which is ideal for using as a base for seeing the whole of the coastal area of Yugoslavia. It is a tourist oriented city (local tourism only today) with many small restaurants. The old walled city of Budva, although small in size, has many places to eat and see also.
Drive down to Sveti Stephan and park near Milocer, from there walk through the gardens of the King's residence to Sveti Stephan. Some of the views there remind me of 17mile drive in California.

Directions: It is located at the junction of the two main roads in Montenegro, the coastal road and the road to Podgorica.
