"I could not have a bath. . ." Red Fort Tip by kokoryko
Red Fort, Delhi: 121 reviews and 295 photos
The Hamam of the Emperor was closed; it is also a wonderful building, of which the guide writes about the inner decoration; I only could have a look through the window; it gives certainly a poor idea of what is really there.
On the second picture you can only have a poor idea of how the Hamam is decorated inside, all this inlaid stone work. And here they are big, huge and also on the ground, where the Mogul and the princesses had their bath. . . . Sometimes, I dream I would have liked to be a Great Mogul!
Frustrated, I show another picture of the inlays of the Diwan I Khas.
