"Mixed Reviews" Hilton Budapest - Castle District Tip by cjg1

I chose to book this hotel strictly for the views and the location. The hotel is located right in the Castle District and has some of the rooms have beautiful views of Fisherman's Bastion.
Our room was large with a nice sized bathroom, living area, bed and fully stocked bar. When we arrived there were nice cakes on a plate to welcome us to the Hilton. I thouht it was a nice touch. The hotel stay was nice and friendly. Al of our needs from extra towels to snagging a cab were arranged with ease.

We were staying on the club level and full access to the internet and the daily breakfast lunch and evening food and refreshments. We enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel as well as some drinks. he internet was fast and helped us to keep in touch with family and the weather forcast.

The only downside of this hotel was the bed. It was very lumoy and not comfortable. The bedding was thin and not soft.

I would stay in this hotel again just for the views and location...hopefully the beds will be different next time.

Unique Qualities: The view is incredible. We enjoyed keeping the curtain open so we could see Fisherman's Bastion aglow from our room.
