"Best ever place to stay" Yeats Country Hotel and Leisure Centre Tip by Aldde

This is one of the most unexpected hostels I stayed in............it is a village type setting nicely laid out with lots of space. The room we were allocated was a double bedroom with its own private shower room. The cost was only €25 per person. there was only one other bedroom in the apartment which was occupied by a lovely french couple. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and could not do enough to make our visit very enjoyable. It was so good we stayed an extra 2 nights and toured around the country side. We are returning to Ireland again in 2008 with friends and we have already booked a full week in Yeats Village to use it as a base to explore the North West of Ireland..........we cannot wait and the hostel has given us a special rate as we are booking a full week...........this is Ireland of the welcomes for us!!!!

Unique Qualities: Very clean and wonderful friendly staff who make a visit special.......it feels like home. Close to the town of Sligo and beaches. Lots of different things to do but also a nice place to relax as there are nice grounds.
