"John's café!Plov again!..." Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Province Restaurant Tip by titti

John's café!
Plov again! Steamed buttery rise mixed with carrot and mutton. After two weeks of this food (Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan) sniffing out the plov presence again, the English menu in John?s café looked like a dream.
I couldn?t resist trying the Chinese interpretation of pizza: a round unleavened bread covered with a huge amount of fried vegetables. Don?t follow me! Try the steamed ?momo?, chinese ravioli stuffed with vegetables, and local dishes.
Nice, friendly western atmosphere; thanks to L.P., all tourists in town gather here for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
About the pic, the story will come...
