Beware of cheap tours.

When I stayed in Reno it was going to be expensive to hire a car just for a day. So instead I booked a ticket on a day tour to Lake Tahoe.
Whoa... have I for ever regretted that.
The Lake Tahoe tour started at 8am. By 12 noon we were leaving Lake Tahoe heading for Carson City and Virginia City.
And the only reason we were going elsewhere was I felt to be taken gambling. Utter crap it was. I never felt so cheated in my life.
It was cheap though for a day tour. So what could I do but say buyer beware. The guide though was a nice guy.
