"lots of options" East Union Transportation Tip by davecallahan

East Union Transportation: 1 reviews and 1 photos

East Union is only two miles away from Bath, NY. In Bath, you can get a taxi (Bud's Taxi, 607-776-7670) or rent a car (Enterprise, 607-776-4141) or catch a Greyhound bus (1-800-231-2222). You can easily ride a bike from Bath to East Union (but not in winter). Or you can just drive your car on route I-86 (NY17), get off at exit 38 and go east on Morris Street and south on Cameron Road to get to east Union.

Other than I-86 and the roads in Bath itself, the rest of the roads are all secondary roads that are fine in spring, summer and fall but can be less accessible in a winter blizzard.

The nearest commercial airport is in Elmira which is forty miles to the east of East Union.
There are a couple grass and dirt airfields near Bath but they are generally only used by agriculture planes for crop dusting.
