One of the most remarkable churches in Christendom can be found in Toledo, Spain.

Toledo was the capitol of Spain until the 1500's and has an enormous range of churches as well as a Mosque and a Synagogue. The Santa Iglesia Catedral Primada has an impressive array of art works and also contains a museum of just some of the various garbs used in services through time. The cloisters of the cathedral are also well worth a visit.

Suggest you visit late Sunday and take in a mass and view the pomp and ceremony.

Web site shown below gives a comprehensive description of the building and cloisters as well as other great information.
