The old lady of Kastela's tourism - hotel Palace in Kastel Stari that dates back to 1928 - is waiting its better days, with a burden of ownership issues and a privatization that is yet to come. Until this is done, there is a nice beach in front of the hotel that is worth a visit.

In recent years a number of small hotels opened in Kastela, and there is a growing number of private accommodation options.
