"Nice hotel but very very noisy." Holiday Inn - Miami Golden Glades Tip by mafootje

It was our first hotel during our trip begin december 2007. We arrived around 10:00 PM. The hotel looked nice and check in went well. The room looked great also, we took a quick shower and went to bed. Then we noticed that the sound of the outside traffic was very loud. I even checked if the window was open or something like that. Nothing of that.

Beside that the room was good but i wouldn't stay here again.

The most dissapointing thing was that while checking out we where asked how our stay was. We answered the room was ok but i was extremly noisy. The receptionist didn't seem to care about our answer she just went on checking us out.

I think it would have been better she wouldn't asked anything if she didn't care about the answer.
