Paradiso: "Roof Terrace" Top 5 Page for this destination Boracay Island Restaurant Tip by sirenna

The attractive wooden roof deck of Paradiso Bar looks like a great spot for dining, but we were a little disappointed with the food. The caesar salad dressing was tasty, but the lettuce was soggy. Same for the pasta - the sauces (pesto and arabiata) were delicious but the pasta itself was quite undercooked, and just that bit too "al dente" for our taste. The staff were preoccupied with texting and chatting and forgot to bring our utensils. It then took a good five minutes to attract their attention, even though there was only one other table occupied aside from ours.
On the positive side, on my last visit I enjoyed a pizza there, prepared at their open kitchen. The smoked salmon and cream cheese combination was surprisingly good.
