Zero Degrees: "A modern-style microbrewery with great food" Blackheath Nightlife Tip by mollymoo0oo0
Blackheath Nightlife: 5 reviews and 2 photos
This place a great addition to the many bars in Blackheath.
From the outside, itīs difficult to imagine the huge space that has been created inside... different zones for eating and drinking, including an upstairs mezzanine, and a backdrop of the huge steel containers of beer that is brewed there.
Food is totally reliable with reasonable prices. The menu offers pizzas and mussels, cooked to perfection and sure to satisfy an appetite. The cooking team are in full view, and you can see the pizzas being cooked in a stone-baked oven. Mussels come in a 1kg steel pot, with a delicious choice of added flavours. I have tasted them all, and still canīt decide on my favourite!
Dress Code: Whilst first impressions may give an air of class, dress is fairly casual and comfortable. However, later in the day time/evening you may occasionally be turned away for wearing sports shoes. Which is my one and only criticism of the place.
