Parque Nacional MORROCOY, beautiful island beaches, 3 hours drive from Caracas to the city of Tucacas. Then you can pay for a motor boat ride to one of the islands. The most popular island is called Sombrero. You can go snorkelling here. The water is clear blue and my pictures do not do it justice.
