Sentro offers modern Filipino cuisines. Among my favorites are the fried kesong puti (native white cheese), and their signature dish corned beef in tamarind soup. The beef was excellent, tasty and cooked just right. They score plus points on having us taste and grade the sourness of the broth first, before cooking the dish. That is a first in my book.
As with other restaurants in the Ayala center, it gets pretty packed during lunch time especially on Fridays and paydays. So better be there around 11:30 in the morning, before groups start coming in.
