"London: Which station?" Train / Bus Stations Tip by randomuser

Train / Bus Stations, London: 87 reviews and 157 photos

London has more railways than a single station could have ever served. There are many disjoint stations scattered around the city. It is important that if traveling from the city, you know which one to take.

For Portsmouth, Southampton and Bournemouth, use Waterloo station (east of Parliament square)

For Brighton, Crawley, Gatwick Airport, Medway and Ramsgate, use Victoria station

For Norwich, Cambridge, Amsterdam and Stansted Airport, use Liverpool Street station

For Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, North Wales, Lancashire and Glasgow, use Euston station

For Paris, Brussels, Luton, Luton Airport, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham and Sheffield, use St Pancras station

For Oxford, Bristol, Plymouth, South Wales and Cornwall, use Paddington station

For Dover, Canterbury and Hastings, use Charing Cross or London Bridge stations

For Leeds, Hull, Newcastle and Edinburgh, use King's Cross station

For Southend, use Fenchurch Street station
