I stayed in Pahar Ganj whilst in Delhi and there wasn't much to do in the area at night except head off to the rooftop of the Anoop Hotel where there's a large terrace area with wicker chairs. It was nice to come here and relax and have a drink (albeit non alcoholic) and chat with fellow travellers to share stories and experiences.
