Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant: "Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant" Singapore Restaurant Tip by Carino

Si chuan Dou Hua is on the 60th Floor of UOB Plaza and could have one of the best views in town. Somehow, though, the restaurant is built in such a way that there are not a lot of windows or window seats.

Favorite Dish: Nevertheless, the food was great! We had a set lunch for around 60 SGD, which inluded Peking Duck and Honey Prawns. One of the highlights is the Eight Treasures Tea and the way it's served. An artist-like chinese guy pours water out of a loooong-necked watering pot. He needed one year of practice to do that. The tea's ingredients are Red Dates, Wolf Berrie, Dried Longans, Chrysanthemum, Rock Sugar, Dried Lily Buds, Jasmine Tea Leaves and "Mai Dong". It is believed that the tea reduces cholesterol, that it is good for blood circulation and increases immunity.
