just within the span of one month, I had the chance to eat Thai food in Miami, Paris and Bruxelles, the lasts two were chinese establishments and the one in Miami run by an elderly retired thai couple.
this one in south sioux city is run by a thai laotian family and the food is very good, authentic and dont have the flavour of falsehood about them. very friendly service and the student who served us today, showing his american residence by his girth, was very friendly
she suggested I have some Larb when i asked for some Lao food, with some sticky rice.
