The Buck Inn and the Lister Arms: "Two Pubs in the Village" Malham Restaurant Tip by nickandchris

There are two pubs in the village, the Buck Inn and the Lister Arms, the latter pleasantly located on the village green. Outside, enjoy a drink and feed the resident ducks at the same time. We attempted to do this, as it was a glorious afternoon but all the seats were occupied so we ended up at the Buck Inn. Although there are tables outside, they were in the shade and it was a little nippy so we went in. Bare floors were a sign of a walkers pub but the place was empty. The staff were not overly interested but we did get served quickly. In the end, we sat outside at the back, in a fairly dismal, uninteresting backyard.
Favorite Dish: Both pubs served food although we weren't looking for a meal. A menu is shown on the Lister Arms website.
Address: Malham, North Yorkshire
Directions: Buck Inn is on the main village road in and the Lister Arms is on the road junctions by the grassy triangle.
