From the name itself, "AYSEE" which means "I was first" is a testament on their claim as the 1st restaurant in Pasig or perhaps Manila to serve SISIG - Filipino's favorite pulutan(foods while drinking alcohol) . Though I haven't totally verified their claim but it seems true since they were serving it since 1986. And the fact that Sisigs became popular among drinkers only during the late 90's.

Aysee is a common driver and athlete stopover restaurant, who after a day of sweating out fats is now finally craving for more cholesterol thru a sisig meal.

Favorite Dish: Try their premiere dish: SISIG. Their version of the ever popular SISIG is chopped pork meat and fats combined with onions and other garlic spices served in a sizzling plate. Best served with a raw egg on top added with a hotsauce and soy seasoning. Price is P75.

Papaitan is one of the other popular food here. It is a stew of pork intestines, liver, and heart, ox stripes.

They also have the famous Tapsilogs! Check the pricelist on my pics attached here!
