Jiajia Tangbao: "Another Good Xiaolongbao Place" Top 5 Page for this destination Shanghai Shi Restaurant Tip by ellyse

Only different types of xiaolongbao are on the menu; apart from seaweed+egg-drop or chicken/duck blood soup (the latter might be too much for most Western travellers to stomach), and glass bottles of Coke, Sprite and Miranda Orange.
Possible options are pork-only (6 RMB), shrimp/chicken+pork (7.5 RMB), crab+pork (16.5 RMB), chicken-only (8.1 RMB), shrimp-only (9 RMB) and crab-only (81 RMB?!?). I think we also had egg+pork xiaolongbao. Ginger shreds (to be eaten as part of the dip for the xiaolongbao) are available at 1 RMB/saucer. Soft drinks go for 1.5 RMB/small bottle; soup for 2 RMB/bowl.
Be warned that there's no English menu.
Environment is nothing to sing about, a typical hole-in-the-wall small roadside eatery. But there's almost always a queue outside for the famous xiaolongbao!
Favorite Dish: My favourites were crab+pork and egg+pork.
