ABOUT THE SANCTUARY OF TRUTH

The Thai people say that when its construction is finished, it will be given as a present to the King of Thailand.

The owner of Ancient City (the biggest open museum in the world located in the outskirt of Bangkok) is the owner of this place. It can’t be called a temple because it doesn’t look like a temple but it is all adorned with deities, sacred animals…

The whole huge construction is entirely made of wood. Every piece of wood (and sometimes they are just huge pieces of wood) is carved by skilful craftsmen yearly lliving by the site. The construction started more than 15 years ago and nowadays it has not yet come to an end…

It is located on a private beach at the entrance of Pattaya (145 km South East of Bangkok). If you are in the area do not miss it:

Go to Na Klua Soi 12 (“soi" means a little street) with a two-bench taxi.
Walk down the private beach.
Sit on the rocks and enjoy the sunset here. Take pictures.

You will never forget the beautiful sight: the place is just fantastic and so romantic! "Souay mahk" (very
beautiful indeed
).
