  THE Golden Gate Bridge
by Manyana

that was on my travel wish list - to SEE the Golden Gate Bridge, to STAND on it, and to WALK over it. well, i've done a bit more to be honest; took pictures of it,lol

i don't know but the image of this place brings so much power to me, with all what it stands for; a bridge to connect two disconnected islands; rich as in gold; with loads of opportunities as in gate. i don't know much about its history but it's quite a compelling metaphor for me,and I made this dream come true, couldn't be more blessed:^)

unfortunately due to the cloudy weather of SF, try to look for the sunny days over summers. you can shoot quite good pictures from either Fort Point or Marine from the other side of the bridge.

the bridge itself is open for pedestrians as well, so you touch and walk, and here we go and live, lol. the view fro over bridge at night is marvellous, i could stay there for days, talking to no one but the musical waves of the ocean.

go and enjoy
