Open House is an event that takes place every year in London and celebrates the diverse architecture. During this weekend 100's of building around the city, many of which are usually closed to the public, open their doors for people to come in and explore. On the website you can download the brouchure that tells you all the places that are taking part in the event and their opening times, then just go along (or in some cases book in advance) and enjoy those places you normally don't get to see on the inside. Some of the places include, the inside on the Bank of England, The Gherkin and Middle Temple Hall.

But it's worth noting that this event gets more popular every year and there could be a huge queue to get in to the most popular places. I only got into one of the places I wanted to see so I recommend consulting the book (if you need to book in advance) and getting into town early.
