If u want a cheaper rate, a boat from Cabcaben, Mariveles is a nice alternative than the Sun Cruise in CCP. u can get a rented boat for P1,500 roundtrip and P2,000 if they need to wait for you til the following day. the boat can fit 6-8 or even 10 persons.

when u arrive in the island, the fee is less than P200. and the service trolley is less than P1,000 (i forgot if it was P600). *as of June 2007.
