"From/To Urumqi" Burqin Transportation Tip by ellyse

Urumqi's Nianzigou long-distance bus station on Heilongjiang Lu has a sleeper bus departure to Bu'erjin at 2100 which arrived at 0700. Cost for upper/lower bunk is 140/150 RMB.
The return bus to Urumqi departs at 2000, I would advise buying this in advance. There's also a daytime seater bus departure at 1000 costing 132 RMB. I would choose the sleeper bus to save on travel time.
All bus schedules and timings are in Beijing time. The evening departures depart 1 hour earlier in winter, the timings given here are for summer.
