If you have time in Bacolod, try strolling down La Salle Avenue on a weekday! (Though,
best done by sunset so you won't die by the scourging heat of the sun, and most students
and people here don't enjoy wandering around this street from 1:00-4:00 PM) This
avenue is a magnet or young people and teens- no surprise, the University of St. De La Salle sits
here! If you're observant, you'll see students drinking, smoking (And getting rid of their
problems and maybe even bad grades! But what university in the world doesn't have that?)
and enjoying their break time in the restaurants in this street. It's also a haven for
computer gamer lovers who barge in the dozens of internet cafes in this street and can literally
stay there the entire night! And finally, drop by the Bob's Courtyard (You can't miss it, it's
just in front of the USLS gate 2), It's a cafe with a bright, gentle ambience and a place
where in you could just eat all you want and watch the warm, fun, & noisy world of the Filipinos
drop by.

Pro's- Well, it's free! (Unless you eat of course) And it's a nice way to find out how
the Filipino youth live their lives!
Con's- It's dead at 1:00-3:00 PM (Because of course! Who wants to get burned in the sun?)
And when it rains, well, just ran quick to the shades and have fun in the rain!

Address: La Salle Ave.
Directions: It starts from Jolibee at a T intersection and it ends at St. Scholastica, another T intersection.
