"Café-Bar con buena gente" Cafes Tip by mollymoo0oo0

Cafes, Madrid: 30 reviews and 34 photos

Pryce is a pleasant café. With Cuban proprietorship, it is bright, modern and simple, with a good vibe feeling that all those who pass through the doors are welcome in.

With lighting that mimic natural daylight, the ambience is easily enjoyable by day, night and through all seasons (especially in cold winter months); a welcome contrast to other madrid bars which tend to be very dark indeed or so bright you catch a suntan indoors!

Late evenings show a more relaxed dimming of the lights with candles :)

Food and drink recommendations:

desayuno - breakfast:

café con churros 2,30?
mediterranéo: café y tostada con tomate y aceite de oliva - coffee and tumaca (toast with tomate and olive oil - delicious!)

a good range of coffees and teas...

zumos - juices

some fantastic freshly made juices, which must be tried!
zumo habanero (de mango y limón) ....mango and lemon 3,50?
zumo sergi (naranja, plátano, pińa) ...orange, banana, pineapple
and others, to include frutas de temporado - seasonal fruits

cocteles - cocktails here are worth checking out too!

tostas - open topped toasted sandwiches
...especially salmón 4,00?

*On a budget tip:* one point worth noting, is the small price increase if you choose to eat/drink outside en terraza or arrive at night (after 21h00).
