This is the nicest hotel in Asmara, and has everything the business traveller or tourist could want. The manager, Giorgio, runs everything perfectly and is often seen walking around to make sure everything is OK.
Rooms are lovely and clean with plenty of space.
Staff are very friendly and eager to please.

Unique Qualities: Reception staff are really helpful, and service at reception is very fast - taxis, information......anything you need they will try their best to help.
There is an indoor and outdoor pool, both very nice but the altitude means it is quite cool so I found the outdoor pool a bit too cold.
The food in the restaurant is great. It is buffet with something to please everybody - great pizzas, amazing variety of salads and a good selection of traditional local dishes to try.
