Lab-As is highly recommended in travel books and by those who had been to Dumaguete as the best seafood resto in the city. Well, it truly lived up to its image. Not only do they serve good food but reasonably priced as well.

The resto is flanked by "Su-to-kil" kiosk and Hayahay Bar. Su-to-kil serves grilled food ideal as appetizers while Hayahay is more for after dinner drinks and entertainment. This makes Lab-As a perfect choice for entree. It has a piano bar where a pianist plays soothing music from 7pm to 9pm. The subdued lighting contributes to the relaxing ambiance of the place.

Favorite Dish: I enjoyed their baked oysters and grilled squid.
