NOTE: The vegetarian, people anxious about their weight will hate this!
This is red ribbon: A pretty popular cake/food branch here in Bacolod and I didn't puke with the food here- I enjoyed it!

The cakes are sweet and tasty (explains why I usually buy them), the food (Spaghetti, palabok for ex.) is okay though don't expect a gourmet taste (it's catered to the Filipino tongue) and don't expect it to be similar like the pasta in Italy okay?

THE FOOD & PRICES:
Cake- depending on what cake you choose, it's 35-45 pesos per slice. The slice is good enough for a light stomach or a medium stomach but if you're growing, or you just love to eat- it might not be enough!

-Spaghetti with cake (depends on the cake of the day, can be a Tiramisu cake (so-so), a mocha cake (yum!), or a chocolate cake (yum!) and so on) and softdrink (coke, or ice tea)-
90 pesos. (If you have a light stomach, it can be your lunch, if medium, just finish the softdrink but if your stomach is heavy, you might complain!)

-Palabok (Noodles with yellow sauce, a nice Philippine delicacy- it was sour and at least it didn't kill my tongue (It was okay)) with cake and softdrink- 50 pesos (small), 80 pesos (large)

-Creamy Carbonara (I don't like it- it was too sweet and creamy) with cake and softdrink-
110 pesos

-Cheesy lasagna- 400 pesos for a group size. (I never tried it and If I were you, I would rather buy more cakes instead!)

And there's still more food! (Chicken, bangus (Milkfish) and so on, I haven't tried them so I can't say.)
If you ever eat here, you can easily spend a 100 pesos or more. (Unless you're really strict and just take the cake slice and go!)

For many students (Who told me), Red ribbon is pretty expensive for them. You can't blame them- If their allowance is only 40 pesos and below (some just bring food from home), of course they can't afford it. I don't know about you guys and I don't know if you'll like the food but anyway,
It's pretty good for the cakes.

Favorite Dish: - The cakes- If it weren't for the cakes, I would never eat here!

MY FAT BROTHER: "I don't like the spaghetti- it's so sweet! But the palabok is okay, and the cake." (Oh, he'll just eat anything if he's hungry!)

Oh yeah, and I almost forgot: In my opinion only, avoid the chicken poppers (I think), it's small, expensive and you'll go hungry!

Comparison: more expensive than average
Directions: At the corner of Bob's cafe and across the Riverside hospital- you can't miss it (unless you're blind of course.)
There's also a branch in Robinsons, near Dunkin Donuts and is just as good.

Price: less than US$10
