Haus Marienthal is located about 80 km to the southeast of Cologne and 4 km from Hamm (Sieg) amidst splendid middle highlands landscape full of forests, meadows and fields.
This partially three-storey building is known as the former Franziskaner-Kloster (Franciscan monastery) and dates back to the 17th century.

The Franciscan monastery was dedicated in 1756.
Its foundation dates back to the 17th century.
It is now a place of pilgrimage of many Christians.

"Haus Marienthal" is now an education center of Cologne Archbishop Diocese in Rheinland-Pfalz for seminars, sittings or leisure activities.
The guests have modern auditoriums of different size at their disposal.
