Delifrance: "If you miss sandwiches" Singapore Restaurant Tip by heryanta

Singapore is a food paradise and offers a great selection of exotic food; but I understand that sometimes you just need a ham and cheese sandwich, or a croissant and coffee for breakfast and not shrimp dumpling noodle soup :)

When I first visited Singapore I was 15 and staying with my uncle who was a lecturer at the National University of Singapore. He looooved Delifrance so we would eat here almost every day :p

When I came back to Singapore and stayed a bit longer in 2004 Delifrance has turned into a large franchise, and they are everywhere.

Their branches comes in different sized. The smaller ones are comparable to a large Starbucks outlet, offering coffee, pasties, bread and sandwiches. The medium ones will have additional items on the menu like warm soup and warm sandwiches. The large ones offer complete meals like salmon steak and grilled chicken.
