"Weather" Todos Santos Favorite Tip by balieyes

Todos Santos Favorites: 1 reviews and 1 photos

Favorite thing: Todos Santos has a pleasant, temperate climate a good nine months of the year. Due to the town's location on the Pacific Ocean, it is almost always 10 degrees cooler here than in La Paz or Cabo San Lucas.
The weather in Todos Santos is strongly affected by the Pacific Ocean currents, producing seasonal variations which are somewhat unexpected. April, May and sometimes even June, for example, are often cooler than February and March, because the California current produces chilly morning fogs. The ocean temperature is at its lowest then and at its highest from July through November.
August, September and October are chubasco months. The hurricanes and tropical storms spin up from the south and sometimes hit land instead of whirling out into the Pacific Ocean. These are usually hot and humid months during which many local gringos head north to escape the heat and visit their families.
