"Rogie Falls (Highland)" Scotland Things to Do Tip by himalia11

The Rogie waterfall is found near Contin. There's an information plate with a map of the hiking paths, unfortunately the colours are faded. We just took the path down and after less than 10 minutes we reached the waterfall. It's not high, but still nice, and there's a suspension bridge on which I really dared to go some steps to better enjoy the waterfall. There also is a fish ladder, but we didn't see any salmon. A bit down the river there's a viewpoint with a great view on the bridge and the falls. If you continue that way, you'll reach the free car park, this is also only a short walk.
Directions: About 34 km/ 21 miles north-west of Inverness, at the A835 north of Contin. There's a sign in front of the car park.
