Thinking of hopping over from GZ to Macau for a jackpot win? You can travel down by taking coach ride which takes around 2.5 hr from GZ to Zhu Hai and then walk across to the Macau custom.
Two places you can hop up such buses:
1) Most popular: Tienhe Da Sha station
At Ti Yu Xi Lu No. 133
Ticketing enquiry: 86 20 38864843
2) Zhu Jiang Xin Cheng station
At Huang Pu Da Dao Xi, Xi Chun Lu Kou Wei Jia Si Guang Chang
Ticketing enquiry: 86 20 85293039
At the Tienhe Da Sha station, there seems to have coaches to Zhu Hai every half an hour. But if you like a more comfortable ride, i recommend you to take the business coach run by this company Gong Yun Business Express. Their coaches are in red, three seater per row, leather- like seats. They have bigger seats and leg space. Other coaches are 4 seater row and are not as new as Gong Yun's business coaches.
A ride on Gong Yun business coach is RMB65 to Zhu Hai and RMB75 back from Zhu Hai to GZ. Well, me too, completely don't understand why the price difference. The ticket counter lady replied " bcos different management". Huh????
After you reach Zhu Hai at Gong Bei bus station, the Macau custom is at your walking distance. You will pass through a underground shopping mall before you reach the custom. At that underground hugh shopping mall, you are able to find all sorts of shops including pirated DVDs, computer parts and accessories, fake branded goods etc, etc. Must bargain!
