The best place to eat in Melnik is the Mexhana of the Hotel, I was in St, Nikolas and there the food was incredible, home made, at moment and with fresh ingredients, if you make friendship with the people you can cook too, for example I made a Mexican dinner in the kitchen of the St. Nikolas Hotel.

But the food there is incredible, if you drink to much at night they will do an special drink and soup for drunks at morning :P really good.
