"Stroll through the park with amazing views" Petrin Tip by mbsimjam

Petrin, Prague: 82 reviews and 149 photos

A walk up the hill of Petrin Park is a great way to get away from the city, while ending up finding some of the best views you will find of the fair city!

There are countless places to relax under a tree on the way up, a decent pub about half the way up, and a nice garden, maze, glass house, and the Petrin Tower, for your enjoyment when you get to the top.

If you happen to be there on May 1, you will find many cherry trees being used as "mistletoe stations" as it is tradition for all czech women/girls to get kissed under a cherry tree to maintain their youthful beauty...they must be doing something right!
