The Brown County Museum of History has a fine display of the heritage and history of this part of Central Texas. It is well worth a visit. There is no entrance fee but donations are appreciated. The museum is open on Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and on Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM.
