  Bowling Green Metro Station
by Mikebb

Bowling Green Station is at the bottom of Manhattan, the station you would leave the metro should you wish to go to Battery Park. It is where the street Broadway commences but 5.5 miles from Times Square.

The importance of Bowling Green is that it was New York's first park, originally used as a cattle market and later as a bowling green.

Address: Whitehall St., New York, NY 10004
Directions: At the bottom of Manhattan where Battery Park commences.
