Königsstrasse is the street that connect the railway station to Lorenzkirche and further on to Frauenkirche. It starts from the Frauentorturm, the big cylindric tower of 1558, and is a mostly pedestrian street.
It took its name from the Königstor ("Kings' gate"), one of the gate of the walls. The most important building of this street is the Mauthalle, the grain warehouse built in 1489-1502. However, you will see a lot of other beautiful palaces as well.
Address: it goes from the railway station to Frauenkirche
