This temple established by Luang Pu Cha Supatto, the famous monk in Vipassana meditation. This temple located in forest area with big pond which became the name of this area. The vipassana meditation under Luang Pu Cha 's method is famous among Buddhism. More than 200 branches in temple all over Thailand and some countries. Inside the temple, they have some architectures in mixed style between local E-san and contemporary style such as Ubosot or ordination hall and another interesting one 's museum where exhibits wax of Luang Pu Cha and many objects.
