"Troitzkaya bashnia" Kremlin Tip by el_ruso

Kremlin, Moscow: 230 reviews and 425 photos

Troitzkaya bashnia (Trinity tower) is the highest tower at 67m and is the main tourist entrance into Kremlin. The bridge used to span a river that was put into a pipe and has now been replaced by the Alexandrovskiy park. There were bridges before all the gates into Kremlin, and they were guarded by the bridge towers. The only bridge and the only bridge tower survive in front of the Trinity tower; the bridge tower is called Kutafya.

The box office for Kremlin is located on both sides of the Kutafya tower. To get here take subway to either of the four stations: Biblioteka, Arbatskaya (blue line), Alexandrovskiy Park, Borovitzkaya, and follow signs to Alexandrovskiy park.
