If you have time, I will suggest you to go to Van Phuc Village (Ha Dong). That is "silk village" and there is no any better place to buy silk. However, it takes you at least half day, to go there and shopping around. If you don't have that much time, go to Emerald Silk (9 Bao Khanh Street, right in the center of Hanoi). Believe me. I have gone around but could not find any better shop like that: same products, but always cheaper. They never overcharge. Good huh?!
