COMBODJA CITY: "Vietnamese, Cambodian and Thai specialities." Cambodja City Tip by breughel

COMBODJA CITY is one of the many exotic restaurants of the "De Pijp" district. It was close to my hotel on the Hobbemakade so that I went there twice. The trams 16 and 24 stop nearly in front of the restaurant: "Albert Cuyp" stop.

You will find here many Vietnamese (the cook is from Vietnam), Cambodian and Thai specialities.
I liked the dishes because they were not aimed on being spicy "hot" but they combined vegetables and fine herbs (coriander, lemon leaves) in order to provide a delicious taste full of flavour.
The owners are from … Bangladesh; they are very kind and I had pleasure in talking to them. The most used language among the personnel here is English. The owners speak also Dutch.
Open from Tuesday to Sunday only in the evening (from 17 h).
