"The stretch of The West..." Scotland Off The Beaten Path Tip by steventilly

Scotland Off The Beaten Path: 260 reviews and 423 photos

The stretch of The West Highland Line between Fort William and Mallaig is one of the most scenic stretches of railway in the UK, certainly the most scenic that is still part of the national rail network (with apologies to all those Settle-Carlisle fans). This is the viaduct where the line passes near to Loch Sheil and the Glenfinan Memorial.
