There are 4 pools at Villa Escudero. 1 pool is 5 feet deep - this is where they have the jacuzzi; another is 4 feet deep - where the 2 slides are; 2 children's pool. Most visitors (especially day trip guests) hang out here while waiting (either for lunch or te weekend cultural show). We opted to swim at night - the water was warm and not cold, plus there aren't a lot of people. Pool area is open 8:30 am to 10pm.
